Apartment is newly remodeled. New kitchen & bathroom w/ standing shower (no tub). We are open to lease length. If you'd like a longer lease, great, if you'd like a shorter lease, that is fine too!You're renting half of a duplex. You will be staying in the upstairs apartment. You have the whole upper apartment to yourself. You will have your own entrance and driveway on the right side of the property and there is a stair in the back going up to the apartment. There is a little back patio. Washer and dryer in your kitchen area. Rent includes water, trash, sewer and internet. This is an older Florida neighborhood that has a working class vibe. We have guests that didn't mind it and some that did. Please be aware of all of these before you decide to book with us. If any of these does not sound like something you would enjoy, we would encourage you to book elsewhere. We'd be glad to have you if these are not a concern for you. There are three security cameras that monitor the front of the property. Both driveways are monitored for security. There is a Ring Doorbell located at the front of the apartment. It is active for security and entry assistance. Be glad to share access to the ring during your stay. There is a yard that is currently not fully fenced but feel free to walk your dog around the yard. You will be sharing the backyard with our guests downstairs. Please remember to clean up after your pets!
